What is DISC

With more than 30 million assessments administrated worldwide, DISC is one of the most used assessment tools in the world. It is delivered in 47 languages and in more than 58 countries.

DISC is the universal language of observable behaviour. Disc measures four main behavioural styles, DOMINANCE, INFLUENCE, STEADINESS, COMPLIANCE, through different assessments we can measure our natural and adapted styles in the different behaviours defining how we interact with others, and which are our main motivators for our behaviours.

The difference between success and failure is having an accurate perception of ourselves. Doing the Disc will give executives in the company a greater Knowledge of themselves and others helping to enhance performance.

How it works?

  • There are multiple Assessments, for team building, we most commonly use the behaviours and driving forces or motivators assessments, we will listen to you and advise you, on which type of assessment could be better for you and your team.
  • Once we define together with you, your needs and the project is approved we send you the codes so that you can access your DISC ASSESSMENT.
  • In our workshops, we go through the results of the DISC, taking them to a team perspective, understanding how we can interact and communicate better as a team. We construct the bases to be an efficient team.
  • Our DISC ASSESSMENT price includes always a coaching session to help you understand and implement the results.
  • We do this from an experiential learning approach, facilitating and training the 4 behavioural styles.

Number of participants

  • We can deliver DISC assessments to one single team or various teams, after doing the assessment we can facilitate a team meeting, to help you understand how to implement the results and organize your team more effectively.
  • We can design a team-building activity using DISC behavioural assessment, organizing teams according to their behaviours.
