Are you feeling stuck, with that feeling of not advancing in your life purpose or projects, well the good news is that we have all been there and yes it can happen at certain stages of our lives, it what I call the growing stage, where we traverse all the variety of possible emotions we can recall. 

I have been there I know how it feels and how frustrating it can be.

 It’s in this kind of moment when the help of a Coach can accelerate the process of finding your life purpose and getting untangled from the spider web of unproductive thinking patterns and behaviours.

I can help you if:

  • You want to redesign your life purpose, if you feel lost or unsure as to which is the next step you need to take, in your profession or next life step.
  • If you need to take action and leap with faith into your self-transformation. If you feel stuck running in the hamster wheel repeat again the same habits and patterns. 

Every problem or difficult situation has to be embraced openly and with a great dose of self-love and compassion.

Most of the time we will discover that, “I am the only cause, of what is happening to me”

How do we start?

  1. We start by having a free session where get to know each other. In this session, I would love to listen to your story and together evaluate how we can work together.
  2. If we feel we can approach your project with the certainty of success then I will proceed to make you a proposal, if approved we will then decide together with our working schedule and coaching period.
  3. We start working, establishing milestones and follow-ups of our process.
  4. In between our coaching sessions, I will give you, homework that you will need to practice. Our coaching diary will support you in the process.
  5. Compromise and resilience are two very important aspects of the process


A coaching process can have a variable duration and depends on the aspects to be developed and the client’s agenda.

  • 1 session a month is ideal.
  • 2 sessions a month can be necessary depending on the necessities of the client.
  • A coaching process could last from 3 to 6 months.

What should you expect?

  1. Taking action and trying new ways of doing things. Self-transformation is about changing habits and taking action.
  2. Embrace with love who you are. Be forgiving and compassionate with yourself first and then with others. 
  3. Be open, to understanding the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone.
  4. Give yourself the time to understand, comprehend and integrate, change comes gradually as we start implementing news habits in our life.
